The toot won't sleep without me. I've had one night solo in 2 weeks. If she goes to sleep in her bed, she gets in mine anywhere from 1-3am.
It's driving me crazy. She wakes me up to pat her or rock her, then she gets pissed off because I'm doing it wrong. I'm sorry, but I am not in proper back-patting mode when I'm sound asleep. What we need is an auto-back patter.
Right now she's gotten out of bed and made a bed on the couch next to me. She's wallering, getting up and down, making a bed of blankets... remaking a bed of blankets... getting her baby... getting off the couch getting on the couch. Kicking me, squirming, falling off the couch between the couch and the ottoman.
It's kinda cute but not really. Get in your BGB and stay there!

Oh no.. poor momma. Big Kidlet has taken to the couch these days. He doesn't like that his sister wakes him up at night so he prefers sleeping on the couch. He claims it is more comfortable then his bed. I don't care as long as he isn't in my bed.
LOL...this is so funny. Well, kind of, but not really. At least not at 3 am. Pretty Girl has taken to waking me up every night again. I just climb in bed with her. She piles baby dolls on top of me and falls asleep.
I feel your pain. I have a little boy (2 1/2) who joins us in bed at about 1am. Luckily for me he wants to snuggle with Daddy so I get a good sleep but he still wakes me for a drink when he comes into our bed. We need to be tough but he is my baby and I am not sure about having another so I think, maybe just maybe he could be my last and I want to soak him up while he still is little. I always think, this too shall pass, but it is damn hard at 1am when you are sleeping with a kickboxing 2yr old!
