(Distapointing = BLM speak for disappointing)
BLM started her summer program today. We pumped it up all spring long, talking about her friends and how she would spend time with them. DDL took her to summer school today to find out that she is in the little kid room, NOT with her besties.
He said she bawled. I don't blame her. Had I been there, I would have cried, too. I am going to beg and cry to the director of the program to switch her over.
She did have a good day- they went to the zoo in that HUGE bus. Tomorrow is movie day.
I had a distapointing day, too. I had to change our vacation AGAIN. It cost me more money than I want to rehash. Same hotel, same # of nights, but it wasn't my original plan and when I don't have my original plan I get all bent out of shape.
So, what my day consisted of was stress over BLM's distapointment and my change of plans disorder and I came home with a vicious headache. I'm better now.

I'm so sorry both of you girls were so distappointed today. A similar thing happened to The Son last summer when they put him in a group with the three and early four year olds. He was so far above those "babies" that I said something (OK, I threw a fit) and they promptly moved him. He did great... and really enjoyed camp. I hope they'll do the same for BLM.
I'm so sorry Holly...nothing worse than having all that hanging over your head at work. I hope BLMs camp sitch gets worked out ASAP.

Wait... you had to change your vaca again? 2 times? :( Im sorry Holly. I know it sucks when things dont go according to my "headplan".
I hope BLM gets to go in the same room as her besties. That must be awful!
