We are now home watching Pee Wee's Big Adventure. I *loved* this movie as a kid in the 80's and my kids love it too. If you don't have it, you should really think about buying it for your kids. Yeah, I know PW turned out to be a freak- but kids don't know that.
This is about the 5th or 6th time we've watched it since it arrived (from heaven above, ebay).

almost forgot...I made the cornbread chili and OMG!!! It was so DAMN good! I did add a can of corn, we gobbled that dish up! awesome :)

That is a great movie and haven't seen it in a million years.
Loved watching Pee Wee's playhouse on Sat. morns. Also...wished so badly I had a bike like him. Fun times.

My PT job is working for a doctor here in Smallville. I love it! My hours are 1-6 Mon-Tues-Wed. Now I can drink myself silly EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK since I don't have to wake up before noon! Don't hate.

OMG I love Peewee's Big Adventure. Except the part with Large Marge always freaked me out.
Peewee's playhouse was f'ed up but in a totally funny way. Did you ever see the episode when he went camping?

In honor of the OKIE Blogger Awards I thought I should mention that the kid (grown man) that played Francis, the dude that stole Pee Wee's bike in that movie was Mark Holton, from Okmulgee, Oklahoma.

I loved PeeWee too. My favorite line is something like "everyone I know has a big butt."
