I've been thinking about this for a looooooong time. Now, I have to find a way to produce this and turn my dreams into reality. Stop yourself before you steal this idea. I've already got my name on this one.
We all know how great it is to have a freshly cleaned home. One that smells of cleaning supplies, fresh sheets, and vacuum marks on the carpet. I love clean sheets most of all, but having vacuum marks on the carpet is my Number Two favorite clean house thing.
I have decided to invent carpet that has perfect vacuum marks that NEVER GO AWAY! How great would that be? I can only imagine how happy I would be if my carpet always looked like it had JUST been vacuumed.
Now I have to devise a plan. If I could set this up pyramid-scheme style, that would be great. I need to be at the top tier, of course. It won't require any sales pitches under the disguise of a "party". No make-up or snake oil to purchase... just carpet. With vacuum marks. Who, pray tell, just WHO wouldn't want that?
Now, if you have hardwoods- I can't help you.

I LOVE that idea! Just-vacuumed carpet has been one of my favorite things for ... forever. And I also love clean sheet day. There must be clean pajamas and a shower right before bed to go with the clean sheets. I've been enjoying your blog for several months now. It makes me smile! Keep it up!

Want to come over and clean my house?? Hubby can never get the vacuum lines correct and I have been so swamped with school and work that I haven't been able to 'help' in forever!

When I was a little girl my Aunt had a room in her house that we could not walk in, lest we disrupt the vacuum marks! Now that I'm a grown-up I apprechiate those marks too!
My husband would be oh so very thrilled by this invention. Could we maybe have the 'new carpet' smell guaranteed too? Then I can feel like not only do I have newly cleaned carpets, but they're also NEW. Perfect! Kind of like the 'clean linen' scents you can buy.

well I'm screwed then b/c we don't have a stitch of carpet in our house. We had that all taken out last year and tile and wood floors put in!!
But I do remember loving the vaccum marks!!
