What does 34-year-old skin need to keep it looking youthful and fresh? If I tell you my secret, do you promise that you won't go on a big campaign and market this as your own? I trust you.
It needs Coast.
The scent opens your eyes! I wash my face with Coast every morning and night. I scrub really hard to get the layers of make-up off of my face. It keeps my skin fairly clear. I will have an odd blemish every once and again, but that's fine. It lets people know I'm human.
I have an odd need for my wash (or as my Grandma would say, "warsh") cloth to be very thin. I do not like the thick, expensive warsh cloths. No sir ma'am. I need the Dollar Store variety. Preferably, it needs to be very old and thin. Threadbare is best. Threadbare isn't a brand. It's just a term for my favorite few warsh cloths that you can read a newspaper through.
That is all.

Ha! I thought I was the only one who liked a thin "rag". I like to use the baby warshcloths.
Coast is my skin care product of choice too!!! I think my skin is beautiful if I don't mind myself bragging. =o)
I don't use a warsh cloth though- just my hands.
I too thought I was the only one that had to have a paper thin warsh cloth! I HATE using thick ones! Starts my day off on the wrong foot!
I use the walmartz brand wash cloths. Thin and cheap!
ok.. I'll be the odd one, I love the fat thick warsh cloth, LOVE IT!
Mama you do have some beautiful skin!!
I think it's more hereditary. I couldn't imagine using a harsh abrasive like Coast on my sensitive skin. YIKES!
Girl, let me just say that I find your blog to be hilarious and I know you must hear this a lot but if we lived close we'd be hommies. I had to comment on the Coast thing. I have used nothing but Dial since I can remember. It's the only thing that works for me. I also thought I was the only one that used an ultra thing "warsh" cloth.
great beauty secret... LOVE the name of your blog!
My mom says WARSH!!! I crack up everytime I hear her say, I need to WARSH some clothes!!!
I too love thin face towels that smell CLEAN and fresh.
I love it!!! I grew up with tissue-paper-thin cloths that we called "warshrags" (or just "rags"). I honestly did not know that the rest of the world said "washcloth" instead of "warshrag" until I got to college.
Oh, no! Tell me you're kidding! You wash with Coast and your face still looks that good? No facials every 6 weeks? No three steps exfoliation process every night?
I'm off to target to get me some Coast right now!
awesome! now what is your secret for getting rid of the under eye bags and circles?
I use Cetaphil. Nothing like spreading something that is similar in consistency to sperm on your face. But many swear by it. And yes, I like the very thin washcloth, too.
Where do you get Coast? I'd love a link. I tried to google it and came up with nothing to do with face scrub. Oh and my mom says warsh also!
